Chocolate Ganache


Chocolate Ganache is super easy to make and it the perfect chocolatey finish to any cake!

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups (350g) Semi Sweet Baking Chocolate

  • 3/4 cup Milk/non dairy milk

Directions:

  • Heat chocolate and milk on low heat in pan whisking constantly until melted and smooth.

  • Cool slightly and pour as a glaze over cakes, the longer you let it rest the thicker it will get.

Makes 2 1/2 cups
