Vegan Thick Vanilla Cake

This thick vanilla cake is the perfect cake recipe for any "Inside Surprise" cake that require a thicker batter consistency! The best part, is it's 100% vegan!

Ingredients: 3/4 cup vegan butter 2 cups granulated sugar 2 tsp. vanilla extract
3 tbs. egg replacer/substitute
3 1/2 cups flour
4 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup dairy free milk (soy/coconut/almond)
Cream together your vegan butter, sugar and vanilla. Add in one tbs. of egg substitute at a time and mix until combined. In a separate bowl combine your flour, baking powder and salt. Add dry mixture into your wet mixture in four additions altering with your dairy free milk, mixing after each addition until combined. Pour into parchment lined cake pan and bake at 350F for 45-60 min. (for sphere pan bake at 325F for 60-90min). Enjoy!
*Cake yields two 8" round cakes/one 10" round cake/one 8" round sphere cake
