Gretchen is a brilliant pastry chef. She creates and shares delicious recipes that you can't find anywhere else. I can't get enough. Not only is she an amazing baker, she is also hilarious! Watching her is like watching your best friend in the kitchen. I had an absolute blast working with her! She is a truly genuine, kind, smart and brilliant person.
